Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. Remaining balances are due 24 hours before setup. All required agreements and waivers must be completed before delivery. Cancellations & Rescheduling All bookings are final. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds. Bookings may be transferred to another available date within one year. Weather Rentals cannot operate during unsafe weather. Weather-related bookings may be rescheduled to another available date but are non-refundable.
