Cancellation Policy

🎉 Glow & Grow Party Co. Booking Policy Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Remaining balances are due 24 hours before setup. A Rental Agreement and Assumption of Risk Waiver will be sent 24 hours before your event. All required documents must be completed and signed before delivery and setup can occur. Failure to complete the required paperwork may result in cancellation of the rental without refund. Setup Requirements Clients must provide a clean, flat setup area, adequate space, and access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet. Adult supervision is required at all times. Glow & Grow Party Co. reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible. Weather Policy Bounce houses and soft play equipment cannot be used during heavy rain, strong winds, or severe weather. Weather-related bookings may be rescheduled based on availability. No refunds will be issued after setup is completed. Equipment Rules Shoes, food, drinks, gum, confetti, slime, face paint, and sharp objects are not permitted on equipment. Equipment must only be used by the intended age group. Excessive cleaning, damage, theft, or missing items may result in additional charges. Rental Time & Delivery Standard rentals include up to 4 hours unless otherwise stated. Additional time may be added based on availability. Free delivery within 20 miles of Greensboro, NC. Deliveries beyond 20 miles incur an additional fee of $1 per mile outside the included service area, which will be added to your order. Example: Raleigh is approximately 76 miles from Greensboro. The first 20 miles are included, leaving 56 billable miles. The additional delivery fee would be $56. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future available date if notice is provided at least 72 hours before the event. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. To cancel a booking, clients must contact Glow & Grow Party Co. directly. Liability Waiver By completing this booking, the client accepts all risks associated with the use of inflatable, soft play, and party rental equipment. Glow & Grow Party Co. is not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, weather conditions, or unsafe use during the rental period. Clients assume full responsibility for supervising all participants and guests during the event.
