Cancellation Policy

🎉 Glow & Grow Party Co. Booking Policy Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Remaining balances are due before setup on the day of the event. Setup Requirements Clients are responsible for ensuring: A clean, flat setup area Adequate space for equipment Access to standard electrical outlets within 50 feet Adult supervision at all times during use If setup conditions are unsafe or inaccessible, Glow & Grow Party Co. reserves the right to refuse setup without refund. Weather Policy For outdoor events: Bounce houses and soft play setups cannot be used in heavy rain, strong winds, or severe weather. Clients may reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions based on availability. No refunds will be issued after setup has been completed. Equipment Rules To help keep everyone safe: Shoes, sharp objects, food, gum, confetti, slime, and face paint are not permitted on inflatables or soft play equipment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Equipment should only be used by the age groups it was designed for. Any excessive damage, staining, or missing items may result in additional fees. Rental Time Standard package rentals include up to 4 hours unless otherwise stated. Additional rental time may be added for an extra fee, based on availability. Delivery Area Free delivery is included within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our delivery zone. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future available date if notice is given at least 72 hours before the event. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Glow & Grow Party Co. reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if setup conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or do not meet required space and safety guidelines. Glow & Grow Party Co. is not responsible for: Injuries caused by improper use of equipment Lack of adult supervision Weather-related interruptions after setup Damage caused by pets, food, drinks, sharp objects, face paint, slime, confetti, or misuse of equipment Accidents occurring outside of normal and safe use Clients assume responsibility for all guests using the equipment during the rental period. The renter is financially responsible for any excessive damage, theft, or missing equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
